29th May 2025
From early June 2025, we’ll be increasing our course prices by 7%. This change reflects a number of important improvements we’re making to enhance the quality of your learning experience.
We’re introducing additional academic support across our Level 5, 6, and 7 courses, and making broader improvements to the learner experience overall. These changes come alongside increased operational costs, including a recent rise in the fee we pay to the University of Hertfordshire.
Despite the increase, we’ve ensured our prices remain below the market average for comparable training – and we’re committed to delivering excellent value for our learners.
What does this mean for you?
We’ve put together some quick FAQs to help answer any questions:
I’m already enrolled on a course – will I be affected?
No. If you’re already enrolled, your course price is secure and you don’t need to do anything.
What if I book a course now that starts after June?
You’ll pay the current, lower price. Only bookings made from June onwards will reflect the new pricing.
My employer bought me a voucher for a course. What happens if I use it later this year?
Your voucher will be honoured at the price originally paid, even if you use it after the June price rise.
What if I need to move my course to a later date after June?
No problem. You’ll still pay the original price you were charged at the time of enrolment.
If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us – we’re here to help.
Thank you for your continued support as we invest in the future of our training programmes and the success of our learners.
