Director of Partnerships, Marketing & Communication

We’re looking for a Director of Partnerships, Marketing & Communication to support the Chief Executive in developing and implementing a strategic and tactical sales and marketing programme to grow our customer and follower base; enabling Education for Health to grow in line with strategic and annual income targets.

Key details:

Reporting to:                       Chief Executive
Hours required:                  0.6-1 wte
Salary:                                  £58k (pro rata)
Job Location: Hybrid, Office base, Wellesbourne with some nationwide travel. Wednesday collaboration day in the office.

Contract and Sales Facilitator

We’re looking for a Contract and Sales Facilitator to support our Partnerships, Marketing and Communications team, by undertaking pre and post sales activities. This will include preparation of information packs to support the Partnerships Managers conversations with customers; identifying new opportunities and providing information on previous trends; coordinating action plans to ensure courses are full to capacity; and following up website sales.

Key details:

Hours: Option of full time or 0.8wte

Salary: £26,000 (pro-rated if on 0.8wte)

Hybrid working: time is divided between home working and every Wednesday in the Wellesbourne office
