Welcome to the EfH Associate Development Toolkit. We are delighted that you are part of the EfH Community, helping us to support health care professionals to improve health outcomes for people with long term condition.
We are committed to supporting and developing our team to ensure everyone has the knowledge and know how they need to deliver high quality education, training, and support. We have created this toolkit to support your development and trust you will find it helpful. The toolkit will be continually developed as more initiatives come on line, in the meantime, please let us know if there is something that would be useful to include.
