If you have chosen to pay by BACS or Purchase Order then access to the learning will not be provided until we have received the PO or BACS payment. Once payment has been received you will be sent instructions on how to access the learning material. Please check your junk mail folder to ensure you do not miss any communication from us.

If you have paid by by credit or debit card then the following will explain how to access your elearning immediately.

You will be able to access your learning at any point by visiting this site and selecting the My Account option at the top right of the screen.

Once successfully logged in (using the email and password created at the point of purchase) you will be able to select the ‘My Courses’ option from the left hand pane and jump straight into your course – picking up from where you left off.

Please be sure to download and read the Welcome pack attached to this order acknowledgement email. A copy of this welcome pack can also be found in your My Account area of our website.
