If you chose to allocate the licence to an individual on the previous screen, on confirmation of payment, the allocated individual will automatically receive the licence code – this will be sent via the email address you provided.

If you didn’t allocate the licence on the previous screen, on confirmation of payment, you will be sent an email with the learning licence code(s).

Please pass the licence to the person who needs to enrol on the course/training and ask them to visit our store and use the code on an applicable course.  

Using the code will both reduce the value to zero and also ensure enrolment on the course attendance with ourselves.  

Please note: if the course is with the University of Hertfordshire, additional enrolment with the university will be required but that will be communicated to the student prior to the course start date.
