It will enhance your knowledge, understanding, skills and attributes in relation to current treatment, management and risk avoidance of different aspects and challenges of frailty.
The importance of excellent communication skills and effective collaborative working will be emphasised and explored in relation to the person living with frailty. Current key legislation, local, national and international drivers will be explored and applied to the management within your organisation. You will also critically review the interface of health and social care.
PLEASE NOTE - you must purchase this course at least one month prior to your preferred start date in order to complete all required registration processes with the University of Hertfordshire. You will not be able to purchase a place on this course with a start date that is less than one month away.
Booking for modules at this level closes 30 days before the start date, to allow time to organise academic registration.

This course is accredited by the University of Hertfordshire. After purchasing your place from Education for Health, your course information will include the requirement to register for the activity with the University of Hertfordshire before the start date. The university registration end date is set at 6 weeks before the start date of the module. Late applications can still be processed and will be considered on an individual basis.
