Buying a course place for others?
If you are buying a place on a course for someone else, you will need to purchase a Learning Licence to pass onto them. This is a voucher which they can then use to book their place on their chosen course. If you buy more than one Learning Licence you will be sent individual vouchers for each prospective learner by email, enabling you to forward each Licence voucher to the person who will be attending the course.
How does the prospective learner then use their Learning Licence?
The prospective learner can visit our online store and choose the course and start date they want, and proceed to check out. When asked for payment, they use the Learning Licence code (sent the purchaser by email) to complete their ‘purchase’. They will then be sent an email confirming their place on the course.
