We are pleased to announce the second Education for Health Long Term Conditions Interchange conference will be held at the iconic Imperial War Museum North in Salford, on Wednesday 16 September 2020.
Education for Health ran its inaugural Long Term Condition (LTC) Interchange event in London in September 2019, bringing together clinical leads, commissioners and service managers to look at how education and training can improve care for people with long term conditions.
After the event received fantastic evaluations from attendees, we are pleased to announce our second LTC Interchange, to run on Wednesday 16 September 2020 in Manchester.
Once again we will be bringing together a range of quality speakers to look at topical issues in LTC management. The event will look at digital technology, the NHS Long Term Plan, next steps for Primary Care Networks, the use of Patient Activation Measures, as well as having “current state of play” presentations on the main LTC areas such as diabetes and respiratory.
We are looking forward to welcoming an audience of clinical leads, service managers and commissioners, patient engagement and workforce managers, lead GPs and nurses, pharmacists, and anybody else with a commitment to improving health outcomes for people with long term conditions.
