Delivery of the Long Term Conditions health agenda in primary care is increasingly being shared between registered (Practice Nurses, Community Nurses, GPs, Physiotherapists etc) and non-registered personnel (Health Care Assistants, health care workers, social workers).

We aim to provide a flexible educational pathway that is accessible to all health professionals working in primary care. Two flexible undergraduate programmes are available; a BSc and a Dip HE in Long Term Conditions. However you want to continue your education, whether it is through workshops or an accredited programme, we want to support you to succeed.
