Corporate Partnerships Manager

The role of the Corporate Partnerships Manager is to support the growth of the Charity’s business by developing and managing successful relationships with commercial organisations (mainly pharmaceutical); to support the achievement of our income targets. The post holder needs to work collaboratively with the customer services team to ensure that contracts are delivered in a timely and professional manner; they also need to work closely with the NHS partnership managers to ensure there is a cohesive approach to income generation and client support.

This role is full-time, but flexible working will be considered.

Director of Innovations

The role of the Director of Innovations is to support the Chief Executive in creating a new business enterprise, ‘The Innovations Unit’. The purpose of this Unit is to test out and create new models of providing support to the NHS that will lead to the creation of new education and training programmes. This will also contribute to developing new ways of working that will support the growth of Education for Health.

The Innovations Unit has a start-up budget of £250k.  The postholder will be responsible for creating ongoing business and funding.  This is a high profile role, which will have significant impact on reputation and credibility in the field of education and support for Long Term Conditions.

This role is based on a two year renewable contract depending on performance. This role is full-time, but flexible working will be considered.

Market Intelligence and Support Manager

The Market Intelligence and Support Manager is responsible for creating an observatory function for Education for Health; providing internal and external intelligence, and support, across the full range of Education for Health’s activities.

The postholder will work across the organisation to provide intelligence to inform our business development planning and will work closely with multiple stakeholders, including the Educational Leads (clinicians who own the design and delivery of education across specific disease areas) and the Business Development team, which manages external customer relationships.

This role is initially a fixed term contract for two years. This role is full-time, but we will consider a minimum of 30 hours per week and flexible working.

NHS Partnership Manager (South West England and Wales)

The role of the NHS Partnership Manager is to proactively initiate relationships, generate income and develop partnerships with education commissioners to achieve annual business targets. Gather intelligence to understand the NHS environment to ensure informed market knowledge that will focus on future educational needs and the reputation of the Charity as a centre of excellence.

This role is a part-time contract for three days a week (0.6FTE)
The postholder will be based in the South West of England or South Wales.
