NHS Partnership Manager

The role of the NHS Partnership Manager is to create partnerships with commissioners and providers to generate income and improve health care for people with long term conditions. The postholder will also gather intelligence to understand the NHS environment, and share market knowledge to help inform Education for Health’s future strategy.

  • Salary circa £32k
  • Postholder will be based in Warwick, covering Midlands and East England
  • 25 days annual leave plus public holidays

Programme Lead (Long Term Conditions)

Following successful revalidation, we have an opportunity for an experienced senior lecturer to lead our accredited portfolio and take it forward into the exciting next phase as we broaden the scope of what we offer in keeping with our long-term vision and teaching and learning strategy.

You will bring with you the drive and compassion to lead the programmes which are central to our portfolio, meeting the needs of HCPs, patients and employers.  Our courses are highly evaluated by our students and your focus will be to ensure a culture of continuous improvement, supporting the delivery of high quality learning, teaching and assessment by our module leads and network of trainers.

We are looking for someone with experience of working in an HE setting and a passion for improving the care of people with long-term conditions who is keen to work in a friendly, values-driven, third sector setting.

  • Full time
  • Pension scheme with 6% employer contribution
  • Salary: Circa £45k
  • Based in Warwick, with some flexibility for home working.

Market Intelligence and Support Manager

This role is responsible for creating an observatory function for Education for Health; providing internal and external intelligence, and support, across the full range of Education for Health’s activities. The postholder will work across the organisation to provide intelligence to inform our business development planning and will work closely with multiple stakeholders, including the Educational Leads (clinicians who own the design and delivery of education across specific disease areas) and the Business Development team, which manages external customer relationships.

  • Initially a fixed-term contract for two years
  • Hours: 37.5 hours (would consider a minimum of 30)
  • Pension scheme with 6% employer contribution
  • Salary up to £38k
  • Based in Warwick, flexible working will be considered.
