Essentials of Primary Care Nursing

This 5 day series of workshops is for health care professionals new to primary care. It offers the perfect introduction to managing long term conditions. Participants will develop an understanding of the key issues in managing long term conditions, with a focus on Respiratory Disease, Hypertension, CKD and Diabesity. The workshops will also provide an overview of the role of the general practice team and will give participants the practical skills necessary to start managing long term conditions in their work place.
