Student support
Student support is provided by specialist clinical and academic experts to support you in your studies and is available by phone on 01926 838969 or email Student Support.
If you are a learner who has a medical condition, disability, impairment or specific learning difficulty that may affect your ability to study or take an assessment with us, download our Disability Guide.
All Education for Health courses are taught and assessed in English, so if this is not your first language, or you have only limited experience in reading and writing in English you may find that study is more difficult. You may therefore need to allow yourself more private study time in order to complete work in the time permitted.
Students are not required to have a qualification in English language or to prove their ability in English before registering to study with us. The level of English required is that normally expected for students in Higher Education but if you are concerned about your level of understanding you may find it helpful to visit the Open University Skills for Study website where you will find information on the level required and links to tests that can help you assess your ability.
If you would like to know more about the standards that you can expect as an adult learner undertaking study with Education for Health, download our Student Charter.
