Governance
Education for Health sets high standards for those who work with us. Quality and excellence are what drive us and we have very high expectations of what we aim to offer. It is critical for us to demonstrate the quality of our work and our ways of working; therefore we have rigorous and robust governance in place to ensure we maintain our credibility and leadership role.
Governance and management
Education for Health is a company limited by guarantee and a charity registered with the Charities Commission.
We are led by Chief Executive Officer Monica Fletcher who is supported by a team of senior managers and guided by a Board of Trustees.*
Our principal objectives, based upon our Memorandum and Articles of Association dated 4 July 2005, are:

The advancement of education by the provision of training for health professionals in the areas of chronic diseases, in particular (but not limited to) respiratory and cardiovascular diseases

The relief of sickness by the promotion of the care, treatment and management of chronic diseases, in particular (but not limited to) respiratory and cardiovascular diseases, and the carrying out of research into any such conditions

The furtherance and pursuance of charitable purposes which are exclusively charitable according to the laws of England and Wales as the Directors of the charity may at their absolute discretion from time to time determine.
