Work with us

Education for Health reaches out to work with people in a number of different ways. There are opportunities for people to become:

  •  An employee: Based in Warwick, we advertise all our vacant employment posts on this website. We hold Investors in People status which we have held since 2005. In addition to this we achieved a National Training Award in 2004, confirming our reputation for delivering education and training of the highest quality

  • A trainer: If you are passionate about providing healthcare training why not join us by becoming a trainer.  We look for practising clinicians who can deliver training and education throughout the UK and internationally

  • A marker: If you are a clinical expert with an interest in education, then your skills could be used to support the marking of 5000 student assessments per year. These would be for those who undertake an OU accredited course with us

  • A volunteer: As a leading charity in Warwick, we welcome applications from those willing to join us as a volunteer and help make a difference to patients with long term conditions. We offer flexible office-based opportunities in a supportive, friendly and inclusive working environment.  A number of members of the local community already work with us to achieve our charitable objectives by committing to a few hours per week.

Our commitment to our staff, Trainers and Markers is reflected in our Investors in People status which we have held since 2005.

We are also proud that Education for Health achieved the Warwickshire Employer of Choice Award for a medium sized employer in 2006. This was in recognition of the family friendly and flexible HR policies we have developed with our own staff.

Having achieved the National Investor In People award in June 2005 for the first time, being reaccredited in 2008 is affirmation that the various employment practices which have been implemented since 2005 have been successful and are welcomed by our staff
