Digital Marketing and Communications Manager
£22,348 - £32,409 (pro rata)
Initial 12 month contract
Approx 30 hours per week
22 days annual leave plus 8 public holidays
We are delighted to announce this exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified Digital Marketing and Communications Manager, who is editor of Education for Health’s free access websites and digital content and has responsibility for maintaining high production and editorial standards for them. The Manager is responsible for content, layout, navigation and images of the websites so that they are in line with the organisation’s objectives, brand and values, promoting Education for Health and its services, and protecting the organisation and services, and takes a lead role in managing and further developing the Charity’s online presence.
Education for Health is a small, friendly organisation, renowned for being forward thinking and innovative with a reputation for excellence in teaching and learning provision nationally and internationally. This post offers the right candidate a fantastic opportunity to develop their skills and profile as well as influencing the delivery of education and training in Long Term Conditions.
You will need good experience of successfully managing and developing a website, including user support and content management, experience of maintaining a dynamic site with regularly updated information and quality assuring contents for multiple external media as well as a demonstrable understanding and evidence of improvement of site statistics using SEO techniques and visitor analysis.
