Invitation to participate in Education for Health charity golf day

We welcome you to participate in our annual charity golf event which is taking place on Wednesday 8th September 2010, at The Warwickshire Golf Club (Earls Course), Leek Wootton, Warwick.
We welcome teams of four or individual players. Entry fee is £75.00 per player, which includes bacon butties on arrival, 4-ball stableford competition on the 18-hole Earls Course, early evening dinner and presentation of prizes. Non-golfers are very welcome to come along and join the golfers for the evening dinner at a cost of £25.00 per head.
