New co-morbid Asthma and CVD case study on REAL website

Cardiovascular disease (CVD) is the number one killer in the UK and most of us working in the NHS will be involved in caring for people who have a history of coronary heart disease or stroke.
However, some of the drugs used in the treatment of people with CVD have the potential to cause worsening of asthma symptoms. We are therefore pleased to offer you the chance to work through this case study, which examines the possible respiratory side effects of drugs used in CVD and ways in which these risks can be minimised.
